The plant runs quieter than expected. Assembly is mostly hand work at height-adjustable benches, with pneumatic tools used sparingly and torque values recorded against serial numbers.

Panels arrive pre-laminated and are fitted into powder-coated frames; harnesses are routed to printed templates that hang above each station.

Every cabinet runs for seventy-two hours before it is allowed near a shipping crate.

Burn-in

The most striking room holds the burn-in racks: dozens of completed cabinets running continuous test cycles for three days, screens showing diagnostic patterns rather than game content.

Failures here are cheap. Failures on a venue floor are not, and the whole quality regime is organised around that asymmetry.

Preparation and dispatch

Jurisdiction-specific software images are loaded late in the process, after which each unit is sealed and its configuration recorded for the receiving regulator where required.

Crating is engineered as carefully as the cabinet, with foam profiles cut for the specific display geometry.
